Privacy Policy

Last Updated: 01/25/2025
  1. Information Collection and Local Processing:

Rubi Vision is designed to provide maximum user privacy. After our latest update aimed at further enhancing user privacy, we now only collect the IP address of the machine running the software, exclusively for license verification and security purposes. No other personal or technical information is collected or stored.

Our goal is to process all data locally, without transmitting information to external servers. This approach makes Rubi Vision the most suitable solution for confidential installations that require assurance that no recordings are "leaked". We are developing a version that works 100% offline, providing an additional layer of security for environments demanding the highest confidentiality.

  2. Cookies and Tracking:

The official Rubi Vision website does not collect browsing cookies or user data for marketing or advertising purposes. However, during the payment process, information strictly necessary to complete the transaction may be collected by the third-party payment platform we use. This data is collected, processed, and stored in accordance with the privacy policies of those platforms, ensuring that no information is retained by us after the payment processing.
  3. Information Disclosure:

We do not sell, trade, or transfer to third parties any data collected from our users. The obtained information is strictly for internal purposes related to license validation and software security.
  4. Encryption and Security:

We implement security measures to ensure that the collected information is protected against unauthorized access, modification, or improper disclosure. All communication with our servers is encrypted and protected against interception.
  5. Changes to this Privacy Policy:

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. All changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the software after any modifications indicates acceptance of the changes.
