  1. License Usage:

    Rubi Vision licenses are intended exclusively for commercial use by companies and organizations in the security and technology sectors.

    Eligibility: Any use of the software by companies and organizations operating in the security and technology sectors requires a commercial license.

    Requirement: This includes, but is not limited to, companies, educational institutions, government agencies, and manufacturers of weapons and ammunition.

    Example: Companies deploying the software for security monitoring across multiple devices or facilities must acquire a commercial license.
  2. Usage Rights and Restrictions:

    The acquired licenses can be shared internally among employees and collaborators of the licensed company, provided that the use is limited to authorized commercial activities and related to the purpose of the license.
    3. It is prohibited to: modify, distribute or sell the software without explicit authorization and/or use the software to develop competing products.

  3. Updates and Improvements:

    We may implement updates, enhancements, or changes to the software at any time, including new functionalities, security patches, and performance improvements.
    4. Continued use of the software after an update constitutes acceptance of the changes.

  4. Data Collection and Privacy:

    Rubi Vision does not collect, store, or transmit user data or recordings to external servers.
    5. All data processing and recordings are performed locally, ensuring maximum privacy and security.

  5. Payments and Fees:

    All applicable fees are charged in the currency specified at the time of purchase.
    6. Commercial licenses can be acquired through our official representatives or directly on our website.

  6. Termination:

    We reserve the right to terminate the use of the license if violations of the Terms are detected.
    7. In case of termination, the user must immediately uninstall the software and cease all related use.

  7. Changes to the Terms:

    We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The most current version will be available on our official website.
    8. Continued use of the software after the Terms are updated constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

  8. Jurisdiction:

    These Terms are governed and interpreted according to the applicable laws in the jurisdiction where the software was acquired
  9. Acceptable Use:

    It is prohibited to use the software for illegal activities, monitoring without consent, or any practice that violates applicable laws and regulations.
    10. Violation of this term may result in the immediate revocation of the license without a refund.

  10. Trial Period:

    The use of Rubi Vision without a valid commercial license is only allowed during the 30-day trial period, which will only be granted upon formal request and approval by our team.
    11. At the end of the trial period, a commercial license must be purchased to continue using the software.
